Emily K. Zainey

zaineyEmily K. Zainey earned her law degree cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2012, after graduating with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2008 with a degree in English. While at Michigan State University College of Law, Emily was a Team Leader for the Michigan State International Law Review, and active in the MSU chapter of American Inn of Court. Emily focuses on community association collections, foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy, and judgment enforcement.

Emily’s strong academic background in English and law combined with her valuable legal experience makes her highly qualified to provide resolutions for the challenges facing community associations. In addition to being a zealous advocate in the courtroom, Emily attends board and annual owners’ meetings throughout Ohio educating owners and board members on all facets of community association living.
