Janice E. Zupon, Associate

Janice Zupon earned her law degree in 1992 from Case Western Reserve University and now has a successful history of representing community associations, facilitating corporate compliance, aiding in general operations, and educating communities with issues related to fair housing and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

As the number of newly constructed community associations and condominium conversions began to grow in Ohio, her career evolved into litigating more than fair housing and ADA actions and included construction defects and deficiencies as well as developer disclosure violations and the enforcement of the consumer protection provisions contained in Ohio’s Condominium Act.

As the needs of community associations changed over time and as a result of our economy, Janice transferred her skills and experience to match those changing needs of our clients.  She now represents associations in contested foreclosure actions and pursues collection of the judgment awards by initiating post judgment enforcement actions such as bank attachments and wage garnishments.
