Ohio Condominium Association Funds Stolen

According to an article published on Vindy.com, a Boardman woman pleaded guilty to stealing $100,000 from the Sunset Knoll Condominium Association while serving as its bookkeeper.  All community associations should have reasonably safeguards in place to reasonably ensure that the association’s funds are secure.

Kaman & Cusimano, LLC clients can read the article “Safeguarding Association Funds” by Attorney Darcy Mehling Good available on ATLAS in the “Client Articles Section” for information on steps your board can take to help protect your association’s assets.
