Brian L. Shaw, Associate
Brian Shaw earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in 2007 after graduating in 2003 from Ohio University, having received a degree in Education. Since 2007, Brian has been successfully litigating a variety of business and tort cases across the State of Ohio. This experience is essential in navigating the complex issues facing community associations on a day-to-day basis. As a former assistant prosecuting attorney in Franklin County, Brian represented the State of Ohio in criminal cases ranging from felony drug offenses to aggravated robbery and kidnapping. He has litigated many cases in trial courts throughout the State of Ohio, and has six and eight-figure jury verdicts to his credit. Currently, Brian focuses his practice to assisting community associations in a variety of litigation matters, including developer and contractor repair and construction defect cases. As a current resident of a condominium association, he is dedicated to helping community associations accomplish their goals in the most effective and cost-efficient manner.
