Nicholas Meinert is the Operations Director. Nick earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University after graduating as an Accounting Honors Student from Hillsdale College. Since joining Kaman & Cusimano in 2015, Nick has focused his practice on efficient association operations, including, governing document rewrites, reviewing rulebooks, assisting clients with mortgage industry compliance and corporate procedure issues, reviewing and drafting contracts, and helping clients successfully resolve employment issues. Nick is also active with Community Associations Institute and currently serves on the Ohio Legislative Action Committee. He has also served as a Young Lawyer Division committee member, produces webinars, and speaks at national law seminars on topics such as Extra-Ordinary Amendments and Marketable Title Acts. In 2023, Nick was named an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Nick uses his understanding of team-work and group synergy to work together with board members and community association managers to find successful solutions to the many challenges that face community associations on a day-to-day basis while operating their corporation and community properly. He understands the importance of efficient communication and is passionate about providing effective and understandable explanations of complex legal issues.
