Nick Meinert earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University after graduating as an Accounting Honors Student from Hillsdale College. During his time in law school, Nick worked as a law clerk for the law department of a nearby municipality, focusing on labor and employment issues, small claims, and general municipal law. Since joining Kaman & Cusimano, Nick focuses his practice on general association operations, including, document interpretation, reviewing contracts, employment issues, lending regulations, municipal law, and writing opinion letters for the firm’s clients.
As a former all-conference collegiate athlete, Nick uses his understanding of team-work and group synergy to work together with board members and property managers to find successful solutions to the many challenges that face community associations on a day-to-day basis. He understands the importance of efficient communication and is enthusiastic about providing effective explanations of complex legal issues.
